Im Sommer wird es in unserer Blog-Welt wieder musikalisch. Die Musik soll dabei als eine Art Klang gewordene Schwimmweste fungieren, die vielleicht dabei helfen kann, trotz Sommerhitze nicht im Meer der Texte unterzugehen.

Für den Literaturplaneten bedeutet das, dass der Poetry Day vom kommenden Sonntag an stets ein Poetic Song Day sein wird. Es wird also jeweils Gedichte mit musikalischer Untermalung geben – oder Songs mit poetischen Texten, je nach Sichtweise.

Parallel dazu startet heute auf rotherbaron.com die alljährliche musikalische Sommerreise. Sie steht in diesem Jahr unter dem Motto A Summer Full of Love, als utopischer Gegenentwurf zur Herrschaft des Hasses.

Auch die Liebe ist natürlich hochgradig poetisch, außerdem ist sie selbstverständlich international. Deshalb gibt es alle Beiträge der musikalischen Sommerreise auf rotherbaron auch in englischer Sprache.

Music Summer on LiteraturPlanet and Rotherbaron

This summer, many poetic songs will once again be featured on LiteraturPlanet. In parallel, a musical summer journey starts today on rotherbaron under the motto A Summer Full of Love. All posts are also available in English.

In summer, our blog world is once again getting musical. We hope that music can act as a kind of life jacket made of sound, which can perhaps help us not to sink in the sea of texts despite the summer heat.

For Planet Literature, this means that from next Sunday on, our Poetry Day will turn into a Poetic Song Day. In other words, every poem will be accompanied by music – or the songs will be based on poetic lyrics, depending on how you look at it.

Parallel to this, the annual musical summer journey starts today on rotherbaron.com. This year’s motto is A Summer Full of Love, as a utopian counter-draft to the domination of hate in the world.

Love is in itself highly poetic, and of course also international. That’s why all the posts of the musical summer journey on rotherbaron will also be available in English.
